I was getting bored with my regular workout routine and thought I might jump on the pilates band wagon and give it a try. And I now remember why I stopped doing floor work. So the last few days my tailbone as been sore, OK no big, I'll work through it. Got myself a towel and thought maybe a little more cushioning would help. Until I saw the blood - I had rub my tailbone raw! I just haven't got enough "natural" padding to protect my tailbone and certain floor exercise have always given my problems. Ironic when you think of all the "natural" padding I have elsewhere! I think I stick it out and just not to the exercises that require you to roll/rock (Which are what does the damage). The rest of the routine seems to be working. DANG! I have some sore muscles!! LOL! Very low impact and other then the one flaw, you wouldn't think your doing anything. Until 2 days later and you thighs seize up on you when you try to get out of your chair! I think I'll go for a walk and loosen things up a bit. I don't want to wake up tomorrow curled up in a ball and not able to get up! Have a good Thursday everyone! As told by moi
